I am fortunate enough to have a whole series of regular slaves – some of whom have been seeing me since I started back in early 2013. [You know who you are K]. 

But every now and again, I get to see a ‘first time slave’. Sometimes those slaves might be ticking a ‘bucket list’ item – and perhaps after a session with me they conclude that, while it was interesting, it wasn’t really their thing? Which is totally fine!

I became active in the local kink / BDSM community almost as soon as I arrived in San Francisco in 2000 – and I still very much love going to kink / queer parties. Do say hello if you see me at one of these…

One of the lovely things about being a domme is meeting other dommes – or “want to be dommes”.

Recently, I met somebody who was interested in exploring being a domme and being mentored. Let us call her Lisa – Mistress Lisa.

And at the same time, I had a couple of favorite sissies – BurumaSan and Keira – who wanted to have a session. So I thought that would be a wonderful training opportunity for Mistress Lisa. So I set up a session for all four of us – me, Mistress Lisa, BurumaSan and Kiera.

In business there is a maxim that good leaders know when to delegate – and I think there is some truth in that. And then I saw a tweet recently that said “Those who can, do. Those who can have someone else do it for them, Domme” – which certainly rang true for me.

I almost always enjoy doing co-Domme sessions – also known as double sessions - where I and another Domme cooperate in dominating a submissive / slave. As I mentioned in an earlier blog a little over a year ago, the success of such sessions can be very dependent on the particular slave and the other Domme – and hopefully a good chemistry between all three of us.
