In business there is a maxim that good leaders know when to delegate – and I think there is some truth in that. And then I saw a tweet recently that said “Those who can, do. Those who can have someone else do it for them, Domme” – which certainly rang true for me.

I have just returned from DomCon in LA. It was great fun as usual, and I fully intend to write a report (which will probably not have enough details for some people – I am still somewhat English and reserved). But right now I am busy catching up with email and errands and sessions, so I will probably not get to it for a few days (or more).

So in the meantime I have delegated the task of writing reports to my submissive Nomicon, who also attended DomCon and proved himself very helpful providing service of various kinds.

Nomicon has already started writing about his experiences at DomCon and will be doing further snippets over the next week or so as he “processes everything” (his words). I hve also delegated him to send me a set of notes summarizing the weekend to help me in organizing my eventual report.
